I need to know about a disney movie?

i remember this old disney movie where this scrawny guy navigates a drilling adventure to atlantis or something. he gets there and finds all these people and an ancient city. the people all have necklaces that glow but they don't know what for. he finds out that they turn on the vehicles and such things. anyway, i think i remember the girl he meets starts to glow or something and gets captured by the rest of the drilling crews who would use her for profit. i need the name please.
