It seems that your bf has gone through the crazy wild young faze and wants to relax and focus on more productive activities instead of partying. Its only natural for guys to ponder on the thought of cheating, if you guys really trusted each other it shouldn't be a problem. But if he freaks out over the thought of you leaving and partying every hour of the nights then obviously he does not trust you.
