it's like Disney's "Atlantis", but, it's not about that, i can't remember. it was also about treasure, but, there was a guy, and he had this thing he could fly on, it's an old movie... like say 2000 ish? it's an animated movie, animation looks the same as in Atlantis... but i can't remember the name... and ideas?
