What can i do if someone hits me when i am stationery and then she claim on my insurance?

a woman hit my car when i was siting in Traffic thea was know damage to either car and know one was heart but she claimed on my insulation and without consulting me they payed out they said their was damage under the bumper but she was in a 4x4 and i was in a ford ka if their was damage on her car the front of my car would have bean written of so what action can i take against her and my insurance Company
