How can I beat the heat?

I'm on summer vacation now and just got back from a two week vacation in SC. Now I'm really bored because I have nothing to do but go on the computer and my iPod all day. I would love to go outside and bike or ride my board, but it's much to hot because I live in Arizona, and frankly it's hard to have fun in 115 degree weather. I don't have a pool and both my parents work so I can't be dropped off at friends house's or the mall very often. Any suggestions?
