Ive set up my own cards and stationery buisness what next?

As said above ive started my own cards and stationery Business and its been up and running for just over a month, its very slow and im only selling 1 maybe 2 items a month sometimes none, i run on a free website (which is informational only no selling goes via website) and also via facebook and i was just wondering what i have to next regarding the hm revenue? Does anyone know what the next steps are to declare what i do? When i have to or if i have to? Thanks
