Who is stopping gays from getting married? Even in SC they can get married. Why do they say we keep them?

from getting married? They have the same rights to marry as the rest of us. A man can marry a woman, and a woman can marry a man. Therefore, there is NO violation of the equel protection clause of the Constitution. Why do gays feel they deserve special rights to marry a member of the same sex?
